Maintenance of lead screw and guide rail: ① regularly check and adjust the axial clearance of screw nut to ensure reverse transmission accuracy and axial stiffness; ② regularly check whether the connection between screw support and bed is loose and whether the support bearing is damaged. In case of the above problems, the loose parts shall be tightened in time and the support bearing shall be replaced; ③ for the ball screw with lubricating grease, the old grease on the screw shall be cleaned once every half a year, and the new grease shall be replaced. The ball screw lubricated with lubricating oil shall be oiled once a day before the machine tool works. ④ pay attention to avoid hard dust or chips entering the screw protection cover and hitting the protective cover during the working process. The protective device shall be replaced in time if it is damaged. 2. Maintenance of driving shaft: ① regularly adjust the tightness of spindle box and spindle drive belt; ② check whether the spindle has axial movement; ③ check and adjust the spindle clearance; ④ prevent various impurities from entering the oil tank. Change the lubricating oil once a year; ⑤ keep the connection between the spindle and the toolholder clean. Remove impurities and moisture from compressed air; 2. Check the oil supply quantity of oil mist eliminator in the system; 3. Keep the sealing of the system; 4. Regularly clean water pump, filter and cutting fluid tank. 2. Check whether the cutting fluid pipe and nozzle are unblocked and whether there is leakage. 3. Change the cutting fluid regularly. 4. Regularly check the concentration and pH of cutting fluid.
