The double column / four column are installed on the vertical and horizontal CNC sliding table respectively. When processing different specifications of H-beam, the machine tool can be adjusted automatically by CNC as long as the specification parameters are input, and the locking port of H-beam with inclined end face can be milled.3. The machine tool is equipped with variable frequency adjustable external conveying raceway and internal conveying raceway. Bm38 / 12 type locking milling is used to mill the locking mouth at both ends of H-beam without turning around.4. The clamping of H-beam is positioned on the inner side of two wing plates, and the upper and lower jaw of vertical clamp is used for floating clamping, and the hydraulic cylinder is added to compress the web plate to ensure reliable positioning, firm clamping and no vibration during milling.5.
