For the irregular polygon workpiece, the origin location is accurate and convenient, and the repeated positioning accuracy is high. The machining accuracy of single workpiece and the interchangeability of the same workpiece are ensured. For the super long workpiece, the second clamping can be carried out in the middle of the processing process to complete the punching.The machine body adopts C-type double plate welding structure with good rigidity, small volume, light weight and large operation space. The hydraulic system is a miniaturized system with electromagnetic directional valve as the main part and some plug-in components. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use and maintenance.The equipment has independent hydraulic power system and electrical numerical control system, adopts central centralized control, and has automatic lubrication device.
