Scope of applicationThis production line is used for punching and drilling of automobile frame, longitudinal beam, cross beam and plate. The overall structure design is reasonable, the steel is good, the work is stable, the mold change is accurate and reliable, and the processing efficiency is high. This production line has been provided for some auto parts manufacturing enterprises in Jinan, which meets the needs of frame processing in Jinan automobile factory of SINOTRUK.Itemized list of equipmentControl system1. Data input mode: man machine interface menu input;(1) input by upper computer CAD programming; (2) calling directly from memory.2. It has the function of monitoring and alarming the whole process of the screen. Basic structure and performance1. Overall structure: the overall structure of the machine consists of seven parts1.1 feeding channel: it is composed of roller, support frame, rack, linear guide rail, feeding trolley, etc. The feeding trolley is controlled by servo motor.1.2 main engine: the frame type steel plate welding body is adopted for the fuselage, with good rigidity, stable operation and accurate and reliable die change. There are six groups of molds on the pneumatic control, and the six groups of molds are arranged in a zigzag way and parallel to the material channel. The machine body is installed on the sliding body base, and the ball screw is driven by the servo motor to move forward and backward perpendicular to the direction of the material channel to complete the punching operation with different row spacing. It and the feed of the feeding trolley form the movement in two directions (plane) of X and y.1.3 positioning and pressing system: the system is composed of four parts, namely positioning block, guide wheel, pressing and blocking device. The positioning block is on the opposite side of the main engine, the guide wheel is installed on the feeding track, the pressing device is on the sliding seat, and the blocking device is installed on the main engine.1.4 sliding fuselage seat: the seat is equipped with linear guide rail servo motor and ball screw to support the fuselage and control its movement in Y direction.1.5 Hydraulic Pneumatic System: it is composed of hydraulic station and various hydraulic components. Its function is to provide hydraulic and pneumatic power and control the corresponding movement of each part to complete pressing, blocking, punching, die changing and other operations.1.6 rear material channel: it is composed of roller and track frame to receive finished materials1.7 electrical system: it is composed of brand computer and various buttons of electric control cabinet to control the whole system to complete the specified processing operation. -
