The fuselage of this machine is a single plate open C-type fuselage, which is welded by steel plate and tempered and aged. The fuselage is stable in size and high in rigidity.2. The die position arrangement of this machine adopts single row linear arrangement. Compared with the mode arrangement of rotary disc, the mode change action is faster and the working efficiency is higher.3. The pressing mode of the machine adopts the separate pressing cylinder to drive the pressing arm to press the material. Compared with the traditional follow-up pressing method, the power loss is small, the pressing force is controllable and the service life is long.4. The CNC worktable of this machine adopts the structure form of two groups of mutually perpendicular linear guide rail pairs + ball screw pairs + servo motor to control the plate moving in X and Y axis directions.5. The electrical control system of this machine is advanced and reasonable, and the workpiece programming is easy to learn and operate. It is equipped with upper computer and installed with special automatic programming and system control software to complete automatic programming of connecting plate, machine running monitoring and fault checking.
