  1. PurposeThis high-speed drilling production line is a special equipment newly developed by our company for angle steel drilling. The machine is controlled by numerical control system. The whole machine has compact structure and greatly improves the production efficiency. 2. Structure overviewThe high-speed drilling production line is composed of CNC system, drilling system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, cooling and lubrication system, typing unit, feeding mechanism, feeding mechanism, pressing mechanism, etc.  3. Features(1) Adopting numerical control technology, servo motor feeding, accurate positioning, high efficiency and stable workpiece accuracy;(2) CNC system has real-time monitoring function, fault self diagnosis function and abnormal alarm function, which will stop automatically when abnormal;(3) All key liquid, gas and electric components are imported;(4) The computer interface is Chinese / English, easy to operate and can display workpiece graphics;(5) Printing and drilling are automatically carried out. The finished product is turned over and cut off in the form of FA Yin, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers, has low noise and long service life(6) The processing program edited by the computer can be directly retrieved from the NC system for processing;(7) With high-speed drilling function, the maximum speed of drilling spindle can reach 3500r / min;(8) It has two sets of six independent spindles arranged on the main frame in the form of 90 deg. driven by servo motor, it can drill holes at any position of the workpiece;(9) The drilling adopts the world's advanced shallow hole drill bit, with high surface finish, accurate hole size and high working efficiency.
